Garvin County bids farewell to 46-year law enforcement veteran

A small crowd gathered in the lobby of the Garvin County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon to celebrate a retirement 46-years in the making.
As Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett held out his handheld radio, those gathered grew quiet as they listened to the radio squawk and a Garvin County dispatcher began the ceremonial Last Call, a tradition marking the retirement of a career law enforcement officer.
