Paoli Elementary School recently recognized September’s Students of the Month: Isaac Jones, Olive Baker, Ezra Hackney, Mark Stewart, Katie Tran, Brock Binard, Kali Jones and Axel Cummins.
Issac Jones is a pre-K Head Start student who consistently has a positive attitude and demonstrates superb character traits. He is the son of Lanie and Brandon Jones and his favorite thing about school is nap time. Jones enjoys playing with his toys, he loves to eat lunchables, and he wants to be a dinosaur when he grows up. He also comes from a long line of Pugs in his family.
Baker, a kindergarten student, is the daughter of Tara Dennis and Chris Baker. She is a great helper in the classroom, always has a smile and positive attitude, and tries hard every day at school. Her favorite subject at school is playing at centers. In her free time, she loves to color and she wants to be an artist when she grows up.
Hackney is a first-grade student and the son of Treana Reames. He is always respectful to his teacher and classmates and has shown great improvements since starting school at Paoli. His favorite subject is math. When he grows up, he wants to be a doctor.
Stewart is a second-grade student who has a great attitude and is always very considerate to others. He is the son of Erika Stewart and Blaine Break. At school Mark loves to read, and he wants to be a teacher or a chef when he grows up.
Tran is a third-grade student who rarely misses a day, always has a positive attitude, and excels in her schoolwork. She is the daughter of Thanh and Uyon Tran. Her favorite subject in school is math and in her free time, Tran likes to draw or play Roblox. Basketball is her new favorite sport because she loves dribbling the ball. She wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
Binard is in the fourth grade and is the son of Michael and Shawntel Binard. He is a great role model for his classmates because he continually demonstrates academic integrity and honesty, while also having a positive attitude. His favorite subject in school is reading, and he loves playing games at recess with his friends. He also loves playing football, basketball and soccer, and one day he wants to be a professional soccer player.
Kali Jones is a fifth grader who continuously demonstrates kindness, respect and great academic effort. She is the daughter of Sarah Jackson and her favorite subject in school is math. She loves animals and would like to be a veterinarian when she grows up.
Cummins, a sixth-grade student, is the son of Brittany Fogle and Mark Cummins. He is very helpful in the classroom, consistently respectful towards others and puts forth his best effort every day. His favorite subject at school is reading and he wants to be a teacher when he gets older.
