The Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society recently honored Board President Carolyn Williams, DVM, for 30 years of service to the organization. Williams, who is retiring from her role as president, was presented with a plaque to commemorate her years of service on July 23, as the PAWS board met to elect new officers and new directors for 2026-2027.
