Valerie Rogers, program engineer, and Trampas Tripp, program coordinator, for the Oklahoma Conservation Commission’s Unpaved Roads Program met with Garvin County District 2 Commissioner Tom Pyle, Dist. 2 Foreman WillRoy Keck and backhoe operator Blaine Young this week to look over a project site on North County Road 3057. District 2 has been awarded a $75,000 Unpaved Roads Program grant from the Conservation Commission, which will be used to make improvements on NCR 3057, including installing new drainage pipes, drainage repair and erosion control.
