Stacey McCaa of Elmore City was recently recognized as the Garvin County 4-H Volunteer of the Year. McCaa serves as the Elmore City 4-H Club leader and Shooting Sports Club leader for Garvin County. Governor Kevin Stitt was in Stratford Wednesday to attend a ribbon cutting for the 99+1 Stratford House. The facility will provide a safe and stable home for young women aging out of Oklahoma's foster care system and at-risk women, children and widows.
