4-H parents, volunteers ‘Right on Target’

STILLWATER, Okla.
Governor Kevin Stitt was in Stratford Wednesday to attend a ribbon cutting for the 99+1 Stratford House. The facility will provide a safe and stable home for young women aging out of Oklahoma's foster care system and at-risk women, children and widows. Stitt is pictured with  Mike and Gail Priest of the 99+1 Foundation and volunteers and residents of the 99+1 House.
