Representatives from several law enforcement agencies gathered at a local business near Wynnewood last week to express their appreciation to local business owner Richard Freeman for providing law enforcement agencies with a place to stage a command center during the manhunt for a suspect who shot a Cleveland County deputy near Interstate 35 and Ruppe Road earlier this month.
