Registration is now open for Forage Foundations, a seven-week course developed by OSU Extension that covers forage production and management across central and eastern Oklahoma. The program helps producers improve the sustainability and profitability of their livestock operations through practical forage management principles.
Presented by the Garvin, McClain and Cleveland County OSU Extension offices, the program will be at Mid-America Tech Center on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. and will run from Oct. 27 -Dec. 8. It is open to the public, and livestock producers or anyone interested in forage or grass management are encouraged to participate.
Registration is $50 per person, or $75 per couple.
