The Garvin County Extension Office will be offering a free Stay Strong, Stay Healthy exercise class this fall.
The program is designed to help increase overall fitness, flexibility and balance, while building muscle, increasing bone density and reducing the risk of falls.
The classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Nora Sparks Warren Library, 210 N. Willow St., Pauls Valley.
Classes start Sept. 8 and will continue through Oct. 29. The class is free, but registration is required. To register call Julie Selman at 405-238-6681.
