Lindsay traveled to Conger Field in Purcell to play the Dragons last Friday. The game turned into a great defensive battle. The Leopards were caught off guard early as Purcell scored on a 90-yard rush play up the middle. Lindsay answered back with two touchdowns and 2-point conversions to lead the game 16-14 with 13 seconds left. Purcell kicked a 33-yard field goal to regain the lead and the win. Lindsay has a bye this week before they travel to Atoka Sept. 20.
