After taking advantage of a first-round bye in the OSSAA Girls Basketball Championship Playoffs the Maysville Lady Warriors went on to defeat the Earlsboro Lady Tigers 41-25 Saturday evening, earning the district championship in Class B District 8.
The Lady Warriors move on to Regional games this Thursday where they will play the fifth-ranked Lookeba-Sickles Lady Panthers. Thursday's game is scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. in Earlsboro.
