    Pauls Valley residents are getting upgrades to their water meters beginning this month. Pauls Valley City Manager Lee Litterell said the new meters will reduce the time it takes city employees to read meters each month and will also improve the accuracy of water usage measurements, potentially increasing revenue for the city.
