An ambitious work schedule for the nearly $1 billion MAPS 4 public improvement program calls for a quick start on nearly all of the 16 projects. The Oklahoma City Council on Tuesday approved the implementation plan developed by program consultant ADG. Of the 16 projects, there will be 14 of them that start prior to the end of 2022, said Jason Cotton, director of program management for ADG.
