Masking requirements are making a comeback from schools to businesses to city government. City of Oklahoma City employees are required once again to wear masks in city buildings to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and the public is encouraged to follow suit. Precautions include requiring employees whether they have been vaccinated or not to wear a face covering when conducting business with other city employees or the public, as well as in common areas of city buildings and during city meetings. The requirements went into effect Aug. 18.
