State Highway 19 has been down to one lane in both directions in front of the Pauls Valley Elementary School as the Oklahoma Department of Transportation has been working to lengthen the turn lane and widen the turn median in front of the school. ODOT officials said the project is scheduled to be completed before school begins on August 12.
