Pauls Valley Junior High teacher Nolan Pullen took the podium to speak about the National Blue Ribbon Award program during Monday’s celebration. Pullen traveled to Washington, D.C. earlier this month with Principal Martha Graham (back right) and Librarian Melinda Alfred (back left) to accept the National Blue Ribbon Award on behalf of Pauls Valley Junior High School.
