Patsy Spencer, known as Grandma Pat to the elementary school students she has tutored over the last 17 years, celebrated her 90th birthday last week. Spencer volunteers at the school as part of the foster grandparent program.
The Maysville High School marching band and cheer team led a short parade down Main Street during Saturday’s Wiley Post Festival in Maysville.
