On February 4, 2026, the PVJH Academic Teams, ranging from seventh graders to freshmen, traveled to the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History thanks to the generous support of the Pauls Valley Foundation for Academic Excellence. Students began the trip by participating in the museum’s “Clues to the Past” class, where they learned about fossil dating and had the exciting opportunity to examine and date real fossils. After the class, students explored the museum’s exhibits and experienced hands-on learning throughout the day.
