Grant & Katie Johnson, CPA, hosted an open house June 18 in their new office space at 101 W. Grant Ave. The accounting firm is located on the first floor of the building that formerly housed the Moody Hotel and was later known as the American Fidelity Building. In redesigning the space to house modern offices, the Johnsons have retained several of the architectural elements original to the building, which was built in 1923. The firm‘s decor also includes pieces that celebrate the history of the structure, including historic photos and the building directory from its American Fidelity era.
