The Elmore City City Council voted to amend an ordinance related to code enforcement fines during their regular meeting Tuesday night.
Council members Adam Venegas, Tim Clark and Bobby Snow voted to amend city ordinance 2021- 3 by setting a flat $500 fee for code enforcement infractions fined by the city.
