Wynnewood JH team wins Runner-up

Wynnewood junior high powerlifting team was the Small Schools State Runnerup, with their 72 points outpacing everyone but Woodall.

Individually, Ryan Nabors of Wynnewood won the 105 weight division. She lifted 215 for the second-highest deadlift, 190 for the second-highest squat, and 85 for the fourth-highest bench.

In the 123 weight division, Bailey Sexton of Wynnewood won, lifting 105 for the second-highest bench, 190 for the third-highest squat, and 240 for the fifth-highest deadlift. Parker Moore of Wynnewood placed second, lifting the highest squat at 195 and the fourth-highest deadlift at 245.

Jalyn Hubbard of Stratford placed third in the 113 weight division. She lifted the highest bench at 100 and the fourth-highest deadlift at 195.

Al’Le Moore of Stratford placed fourth in the 97 weight division, with the second-highest bench at 85 and the fourth-highest squat at 150.

Karistian Rushing of Wynnewood placed fifth in the heavyweight division, with the highest deadlift at 305.

Josie Barnes of Elmore City-Pernell placed eighth in the 168 weight division and lifted 255 for the fifth-highest deadlift.

Pauls Valley competed with the Large Schools.

Grace Perez won the 168 weight division. She lifted the highest squat at 255, the highest bench at 140, and the second-highest deadlift at 290.

Emilee Mathis placed eighth in the 113 weight division, lifting a total of 435.

Kamryn Townley placed tenth in the 123 weight division, lifting a total of 490.

In the 132 weight division, Katelin Doughty placed eighth, lifting a total of 475, and Rosalie Daves placed ninth, lifting a total of 450.

Four high school lifters placed in the State Meet.

In the heavyweight division, Annika Pittman of Wynnewood placed second, lifting 445 for the highest squat, 405 for the second-highest deadlift, and 175 for the third-highest bench. Brylee Deere of Wynnewood placed fifth, with her 145 bench the fourth-highest and her 335 deadlift fifth-highest.

Gentri Condit of Elmore City-Pernell placed fifth in the 155 weight division. She lifted 135 for the fourth-highest bench.

Skylla Tinnin of Wynnewood lifted 135 for the third-highest bench in the 123 weight division.
