Ruth Tucker was born April 21, 1928, to Jim and Grace Magar at Summer Chapel in Ada, Oklahoma, and passed away July 30, 2022, in Oklahoma City.
Ruth graduated from Vanoss High school in 1946. She received a Bachelor's degree from East Central University and a Masters degree from Oklahoma University. She retired from Ada optical after many years of faithful service. Ruth was baptized into Christ in 1950 and was a member of Southwest Church of Christ in Ada. She married M.R. Tucker on October 17,1992.
Ruth is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family, including grandchildren with whom she was very generously involved. They include Sarah McCaffery and her two sons (Kaden and Asher), Montana Martin, and his two children (Shane and Summer), and her youngest grandchild, Christopher Martin.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 10 brothers and sisters.
She lived a long and peaceful life and now spends eternity with her beloved creator.
