Jerry Wayne Wright passed from this life on June 7, 2022, in Purcell, Oklahoma, at the age of sixty years, eight months, and twenty-one days.

Jerry was born September 17, 1961, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, to Clarence and Wanda (Miller) Wright.
He was raised and attended school in Maysville, Oklahoma, graduating around 1979. On September 10, 1994, Jerry and Karen Leach were married in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He worked as a Sales Associate for Wal-Mart Super Center in Purcell for many years. Jerry enjoyed fishing, camping, and gambling. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Wanda Wright; and a son, Jerry Don Wright.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Wright; his daughter, Stephanie Vaughn, and her two daughters, Kidra and Alissa; his son, Joshua Vaughn and wife, Stephanie, and their four children; his son, Jimmy Vaughn and wife, Sidney, and their two children; his brother, Jim Wright and wife, Beverly; his sisters, Patsy Sedinger and Peggy James; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service, Purcell, Oklahoma.
