James Edward Delozier, of Stratford, Oklahoma, was born July 28, 1941 in Thomas, Oklahoma, to Truman and Erma (Howard) Delozier. He passed away on March 11, 2022 at his home with his wife, Jo, by his side.
He served our country in the United States Air Force and then in the United States Army, and worked as an electrician.
