Imogene (Williams) Hagan

Imogene (Williams) Hagan, 89, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, passed away May 12, 2024, in Norman, Oklahoma. Jean was born February 10, 1935, in Stratford, Oklahoma to Joe and Elizabeth (Mumford) Williams. She grew up in Pauls Valley and graduated from Pauls Valley High School in 1953. Jean married Guy Michael Hagan on December 11, 1952. They had three sons, Dale, Dean and David. Guy was in the military, so they lived in several states including Alaska. She worked at the school in Tye, Texas, a school in Anchorage, Alaska, at Sears in Sacramento, California, and retired from Sears in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended the Church of Christ in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. She is survived by her son, David and wife, Mary; daughters-in-law, Lynn Hagan and Melody; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Genie, Yolanda, Laura, Michael, Elizabeth, Cassandra, and Vanessa; fourteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Jo Hagan and Joyce Ward; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Guy Hagan; two sons, Dale and Dean; one sister, Jeri Sissons; and two brothers-in-law, Herman Hagan and Chuck Sissons.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2 p.m., at Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Chris Kidwell. Interment will be at Mt.
