Contestants of all ages turned out with their rubber ducks decorated and ready to compete as the Pauls Valley Waterpark hosted its 9th annual Duck Derby July 25.
Prizes of waterpark merchandise and day and season passes were awarded for the best decorated ducks and for winners of the race around the water park's lazy river.
For best decorated duck in the division for contestants under 48-inches tall, first and second place went to Sydney Scroggins, with two separate entries, and third place was awarded to Adaline Ott.
In the duck race for those under 48-inches tall, Kadie Scroggins won first place, Adaline Ott took second place,and Sydney Scroggins won third place.
In the division for contestants over 48-inches tall, first place for best decorated duck went to Jennifer Low, second place was Davis Low and third place went to Zeke Mackey.
In the duck race for that division, Davis Low won first place, Wyatt Pitts won second place and Matthew Low came in third place.
In the senior division (62 and over), first place for best decorated duck went to Bob Ledford, second place was Debbie Lewindowski, and third place was Audrey Slack.
In the senior division duck race, Timi Jenkins took first and second place with two separate ducks, while third place went to Melisa Speak.
