Elmore City Council Ward 3
Elmore City voters will be electing a City Council member for Ward 3 on April 1. The position is for a four-year term that will run from 2025 to 2029. Candidates for the position are Julie Hardy and Nathan Mullett.
Julie Hardy

My name is Julie Hardy, and I am running for Elmore City Council. My family has been a part of this community for well over 50 years. My sisters and I grew up and graduated from Elmore. We have all decided to make our homes and raise our children here, as well.
I recently moved back to Elmore a year ago and noticed that our town needs help. I would love the opportunity to serve the community by focusing on economic growth and helping our small community thrive. I am dedicated to finding ways to bring businesses back to Elmore so that our great town can prosper and be the place that everyone is proud to be a part of and that others want to come back to.
I would greatly appreciate your vote April 1.
Nathan Mullett

My name is Nathan Mullett, and I am running for the Elmore City Council. I am seeking your support to represent Ward 3. My family and I have lived in Elmore City for the last 12 years. I have also served our area in law enforcement for the past 16 years.
I began my law enforcement career with the Garvin County Sheriff’s Office in 2009. Later I served the Wynnewood Police Department for two years before I joined the Elmore City Police Department. I began in Elmore City as the assistant chief and then later promoted to chief of police. In 2019, I rejoined the Garvin County Sheriff’s Office, where I plan to retire.
With my training, experience and previous community involvement, I believe I can make a difference in several areas. Some of those would include the police department and public works. I would work to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively for the maximum benefit of our community. Additional areas are: being a part of the hiring processes, introducing and negotiating new laws and assisting in managing and approving the city’s budget. As a member of the City Council, I will oversee the important matters that impact the lives of every Elmore City resident.
If elected, I will be your voice. I want to take your concerns, questions and ideas to the City Council to make sure they are not only heard but addressed.
Elmore City has great potential, and I am committed to working hard to help our community grow and keep it safe. By building trust and partnership, we can work together to prevent crime and improve public safety.
I would be greatly honored to have your support. Please vote for me so I can serve you and our great city.
Wynnewood City Council Ward 2
Wynnewood voters will be electing a City Council member to fill the remaining two-years of an unexpired term for Ward 2 on April 1. That position will be up for election again in 2027. Candidates for Ward 2 are Tonya Munn and Kaleb Patchell.
Tonya Munn

My name is Tonya Munn and I live in Ward 2 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.
I moved to Wynnewood and purchased our forever home in 2017.
I have been married for 43 years. I have five children and 21 grandchildren.
Five of my grandchildren live in Wynnewood and four of them attend Wynnewood Public Schools.
I am the secretary of the Wynnewood Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President of the Friends of the Library, a member of the Wynnewood Round Up Club, a member of the Wynnewood Historical Society and the co-owner of a new business in Wynnewood; Savage Screen-printing and Signs.
I have been involved with community fundraising.
Even though I am not originally from Wynnewood, I am proud to call Wynnewood my home.
I am running for City Council Ward 2 because I feel it is important to be involved in your community, to play a role in the solution instead of being part of the problem.
Small towns and communities will always have their share of issues, but we can learn to agree to disagree and come together for the good of our community and make it better for the next generation.
Please vote on April 1.
Kaleb Patchell

Hello, my name is Kaleb Patchell, and I am running for the Wynnewood City Council.
I was born and raised in Wynnewood, and I graduated from Wynnewood High School in 2019, becoming a sixth-generation graduate of Wynnewood Public Schools. I was very active in high school and lettered four years in football and track while also serving in the leadership role of class president. I was very active in the FFA and earned the highest accolades and experienced hardships through a successful livestock showing career. After graduation I joined the Navy and served with honor aboard the USS Nimitz. My military service afforded me the opportunity to improve leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
After my Naval career I returned home and married my high school sweetheart, Cydney Hays Patchell. My wife is the granddaughter of David and Sherry Mallow and Freddy and Debbie Hays. Cydney and I have a 7-month-old daughter, Della Patchell. Our roots are deeply embedded in Wynnewood, and we collectively made the decision to make Wynnewood our permanent home.
I work at the refinery for Savage Services in a leadership position as transload lead. I serve on the Wynnewood Volunteer Fire Department. I am a member of the Wynnewood First Baptist Church. I am running for City Council to bring common sense solutions to an important position in our community. I do not have a hidden agenda, nor will I be a puppet for anyone. I have been tested during moments of adversity, and I have the grit and determination to see a job completed thoroughly and well done. I would appreciate your consideration and vote for my candidacy for the Wynnewood City Council seat. Please exercise your civic duty to vote and support our community. I wish all the candidates the best of luck in all the election races. Thank you!
Paoli Town Board of Trustees
Paoli has two trustee positions on its Town Board of Trustees up for election. Both positions are for four-year terms that will run from 2025 to 2029. Voters will choose from a field of three candidates to fill those positions: Bryan Campbell, Kevin Maloy and Brian Pearson.
Bryan Campbell

My name is Bryan Campbell, and I am running for Paoli Town Board of Trustees.
I have been extremely blessed to be able to lead people for over 25 years. Involved heavily in our local church, faith, helping our neighbor and doing the right thing have always been core principles that guide our decisions. We believe that our stewardship of time, finances, resources and talents are key to being successful not only in life but in our communities. We are all stronger when unity and purpose to these right things guides us. Our desire is that we become better people for our families, our neighbors and our community.
In the business world, I guide a team of people whose goal is helping people find solutions to difficult problems on a daily occurrence. Understanding what it takes to be profitable and implementing processes to lean costs and improve efficiency while listening to the needs of others is natural. My goal is to do the same with our small community, guiding with responsible decisions for the business of our town, looking toward the future, planning and investing to make all of our tomorrows better. Let’s continue to work together to make our community great. Please get out and vote on April 1.
Brian Pearson

Hello, my name is Brian Pearson. I would like to announce my candidacy for the town of Paoli’s Board of Trustees. I’ve lived here for most of my life and have wanted to see change and growth in the community, as well as the physical town itself. I know as a board member I can help bring about change and growth, with my fresh perspective from having traveled and lived in different places, as well as running my own businesses.
I’ve helped contribute already in small ways, for example, building new homes for people to live in and refurbishing already existing homes, as well as helping clean up the town, whether that is cleaning up old buildings and houses, cleaning up trash and debris and overall just helping the town look pleasant. So, with that in mind look no further and vote for me, Brian Pearson, for Paoli Board of Trustees.
Kevin Maloy

I am proud to announce my candidacy for re-election to the Paoli Board of Trustees, continuing my commitment to ethical lead ership, honesty, integrity, transparency and community pride.
It has been an honor to serve the people of Paoli, and I am eager to continue working hard to ensure our community remains a place we are all proud to call home. I believe in open and honest government, where every resident’s voice matters and decisions are made with transparency and accountability.
During my time on the Board, I have been dedicated to making meaningful improvements in Paoli. Looking ahead, I remain committed to helping facilitate improvements that will positively impact Paoli’s residents of the present, and future, while honoring those of the past.
As we move forward, I will continue to listen to residents, advocate for their concerns and make thoughtful, informed decisions that benefit our entire community.
