Letter to the Editor: Wynnewood vote on Proposition 451

Wynnewood, Oklahoma is proposing an amendment to ordinance 428, which will continue and extend the levy of a 1% excise tax upon the gross proceeds or gross receipts derived from all sales taxable under the Sales Tax Law of Oklahoma.
