The Otha Grimes Memorial Scholarship is awarded to adult students in Oklahoma who show exceptional commitment and achievement in their studies at an Oklahoma Technology Center. Named in honor of Otha H. Grimes, a distinguished leader in agriculture, oil, gas, and civic engagement, the scholarship reflects his dedication to supporting students in their educational journeys.
