The Restored Hearts and Soles Foundation will host its 10th annual Prom Closet Feb. 24 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Pauls Valley. The event offers gently used prom dresses, shoes and jewelry to high school girls free of charge.
Volunteers with the organization say their main goal is to make sure every girl has the opportunity, and the attire, to attend their prom....
