Pauls Valley city councilmember and Mayor Jocelyn Rushing retained her position on the council this week, winning a runoff election against challenger Matt Huggans with 53% of the votes cast.
Huggans received 182 votes to Rushing’s 209 votes in Tuesday’s runoff.
