Electric vehicle startup Canoo’s contracts securing workforce and economic development incentives with the state and Cherokee Nation are finalized. The company on Aug. 14 announced it has signed agreements on incentives for its vehicle assembly facility in Oklahoma City and a battery module manufacturing plant in Pryor with a combined value of up to $113 million for 10 years.
