Municipal and school board elections are Tuesday

Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, for voters in communities across Garvin County to cast ballots for municipal offices and board of education seats.

Voters in the Whitebead School District will decide between Sandy Arroyo and April Brown to fill an unexpired term for the district’s Board of Education, Office 3. In the Elmore City-Pernell School District, voters will choose between David Dellin and Carl Stevens for ECP’s Board of Education, Office 3.

Voters in the Lindsay School District will decide between Larry Winn and Jessica Parker to fill the Lindsay Board of Education’s, Office 3 Lindsay voters will also be electing four Lindsay City Council positions, choosing between candidates Aaron Aprill, Mark Hall, Don E. Lough, Joshua Miller, Vern Roe and Robin Staggs In Pauls Valley Matthew Huggans, Heather Mullens and Jocelyn Rushing will be on the ballot for Pauls Valley’s City Council, place 3.

Maysville voters will elect two candidates to fill Board of Trustees positions for two-year unexpired terms, choosing between candidates Janet Davis, Terri Smith and Anita Fran Uhles.

Wynnewood voters will choose between candidates Tonya Munn, Mike Perry and David Sheppard to fill a Wynnewood Council position for Ward 2, while Autumn Cooper and Bruce Lyons will be on the ballot for a Wynnewood Council position for Ward 3.

Wynnewood voters will also decide between candidates Kenny Cook and Brandon Cross to fill the Wynnewood city marshal/ police chief position.

Garvin County voters that live in the Wayne School District will have a board of education item on the ballot, as well. That race will have Dan Shephard and Matt Murray on the ballot for Board of Education, Office 3.
