Pauls Valley Superintendent Mike Martin (right) congratulates Nolan Pullen (left), Pauls Valley’s District Teacher of the Year. Pullen received the honor Monday during a district-wide assembly of teachers and staff. Pullen teaches history at Pauls Valley Junior High School. Teachers of the year for each school site were also recognized during Monday’s assembly. In addition to Pullen, those receiving Teacher of the Year honors included Pauls Valley Elementary School physical education teacher Harlee Moore; Pauls Valley Intermediate School’s Julie Carter, who teaches sixth grade; and Pauls Valley High School English teacher Cara Gaddy.
