Residents asked to conserve water over next few days
Maysville residents are without water this morning. Town officials said water service should be restored later today.
The problem is related to insufficient water levels in the town’s main water tower.
Maysville Trustee Joe Couch said town crews have been working around the clock to rectify the issues.
“We’re pumping more than enough to handle the town’s water needs,” Couch said. “We just need to get caught back up, now.”
Once water service is restored, Maysville residents are being asked to conserve water for the next few days to allow water levels in the tower to normalize.
