Karen Annette Drannon, of Stratford, Oklahoma, was born November 29, 1956, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Joseph Alva Summers and Sarah Loretta (Eppler) Summers. She passed away on May 22, 2022, at her home in Stratford at the age of 65 years, 5 months, and 23 days.
She grew up in the Ada - Latta area and graduated from Latta High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at East Central University and worked for the Chickasaw Nation.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Sarah Summers.
Karen is survived by son, Ryan Skillern and wife, Cara, of Ada; daughter, Delia King and husband, Cameron, also of Ada; two brothers, Joe and David Summers; and two grandchildren, Malin and Watson King.
No services will be held.
