The Elmore City Chamber of Commerce presented its annual scholarships at Saturday's Footloose Festival.
Each year the Elmore City Chamber of Commerce awards $2,000 in scholarships to students from the Elmore City-Pernell school district. Two $500 scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors, and two $500 scholarships are awarded to college students from Elmore City.
