Pauls Valley’s hospital has been sold. The hospital, operating as Southern Plains Medical Center of Garvin County, was acquired by Madhukar Sharma and Giancarlo Gasparini April 11.
The hospital’s new CEO, Kimberly Tucker, said Sharma and Gasparini own other healthcare practices and labs.
