Cord Lofton and his mother Chalie are recognized as Chandler-Watts Memorial Library’s first 100 Book Club members since beginning the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Cord is 4 years old and has been visiting the library and participating in StoryTime since he was a year old.
