Upshaw sworn in as Elmore City Clerk

Stephanie D. Upshaw (pictured on the right) was sworn in as Elmore City’s Clerk-Treasurer Tuesday at Elmore City’s City Hall. Upshaw was elected to the post Nov. 9. Elmore City’s Municipal Judge Kristen Jarman administered the oath of office.
