About 90 bicyclists from across the region gathered at Pauls Valley’s Wacker Park Saturday morning to participate in Valley Rally. The annual event includes 28-mile, 47-mile and 67-mile rides, as well as a 5-mile fun ride. Valley Rally proceeds benefit Wynnewood and Pauls Valley Scout Troops, who staffed the rest stations during Saturday’s ride, and also the Xtreme Summer Fun program at the Donald W.
