Upshaw wins Elmore City clerk-treasurer office

Elmore City voters elected a new city clerk-treasurer Tuesday. Stephanie D. Upshaw received 67 of the 102 votes cast, pulling in almost 66% of the votes, according to unofficial election results released by the Garvin County Election Board Tuesday night.
