OKLAHOMA CITY Former Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Charlie Hanger was recently honored with a replica of a sign designating mile marker 202 in Noble County as the “Trooper Charlie Hanger Honorary Mile.”
This designation marks the location where Hanger apprehended Timothy McVeigh, following the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995.
