Mid-America Technology Center celebrates Practical Nursing graduates

Mid-America Technology Center proudly hosted the graduation ceremony for its 2025 Practical Nursing class on the evening of June 13.

Twenty-two dedicated students successfully completed the program: Suzy Beaty, Purcell; Robert Blevins, Lindsay; Erica Bond, Noble; Dawny Kay Brown, Elmore City; Skyla Delahoussaye, Purcell; Ilana Douglas, Newcastle; Kaitlyn Griffith, Lindsay; Makayla Huff, Lindsay; Chloe Ince, Lindsay; Samantha Johnson, Noble; Madison Lacy, Purcell; Heather McGough, Wynnewood; Danelle Moistner, Davis; Carly Neely, Lindsay; Shaylah Nirk, Noble; Eric Price, Lexington; Carlie Robertson, Lindsay; Sheena Robinson, Lindsay; Riley Snow, Lindsay; Madison Stucks, Pauls Valley; Leah Warren, Foster; and Alisha Williams, Lindsay.

With this milestone completed, the graduates are now eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN exam to become Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Several students from the Practical Nursing class were honored with special awards presented by individuals and valued clinical partners. Those include Erica Bond, Alumni Award for Clinical Excellence; Dawny Brown, Grace Living Center Award; Skyla Delahoussaye, Leslie Hague Perseverance Award; Madison Stucks, Loving Care In-Home Health Services Best Overall Award; Danelle Moistner, Loving Care In-Home Health Services Valedictorian Award; Carlie Robertson, Nursing Honor Guard; Riley Snow, Purcell Municipal Hospital Award; Kaitlyn Griffith, Straka Community Service Award; Riley Snow and Ilana Douglas, Sunset Estates Nursing Home Awards; Danelle Moistner and Eric Price, Traditions Home Health Award.

Special recognition during the ceremony included National Honor Society members Suzy Beaty, Madison Lacy, Danelle Moistner, Carlie Robertson, and Madison Stucks. In addition, Alisha Williams was honored for her perfect attendance throughout the program.
