A Massachusetts doctor with ties to a Pauls Valley man responsible for a standoff with police in 2022 is now facing charges of his own in Garvin County.
Dr. Edward Hallowell, 74, was charged in Garvin County District Court Sept. 5 with three felony counts of practicing medicine without a license.
