The City of Lindsay had the opportunity to thank U.S. Rep. Tom Cole in person on April 7 for the financial assistance the Congressman secured for the town’s new electrical substation.
“It’s money from heaven,” Lindsay Mayor Tom Inman said. “We would have done it, but we would have been paying it back for a long time. Now we do not have to accumulate debt.”
