Jonathan Wingard takes Senate oath of office

OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Jonathan Wingard, R-Ada, was sworn into the Oklahoma Senate on Wednesday. Wingard took his oath of office in the Senate chamber in a ceremony led by Sen.
