Garvin County 4-H members participate in meat identification contest

Garvin County 4-H held its 2022 Garvin County Meats Identification Contest on March 2. As part of the competition, 4-H members were asked to identify cuts of meats, name the primal cuts and name the cookery method, as well as label the wholesale cuts for beef and pork and rank a meat’s class.
