Fifth Friday Art Walk returns to downtown PV

Pauls Valley Arts Council is hosting the Fifth Friday Art Walk tonight (March 31) from 5:55 to 9 p.m. in downtown Pauls Valley. During this month’s Art Walk, the Pauls Valley Cultural Center, 220 W.
