A Jan. 29 open house celebrated the completion of the new Elmore City EMS Station. The event was the first opportunity for many community members, local dignitaries and first responders from across the area to see the finished station at 301 W. Lindsey. The facility was funded, in part, by a $1 million Emergency Rural Health Care Grant through USDA Rural Development.
