Elmore City-Pernell senior Andrew Sawyer places cement on the cornerstone for EC-P's new high school building, symbolically setting the stone, during a dedication ceremony on Tuesday. The ceremony was conducted by Grand Master Mason of Oklahoma Scott Vincent, Freemasons from the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma, and Wynnewood's Masonic Lodge.
